It’s about the little things. I have stayed many many places, and usually they are nice and clean and pretty much what was advertised. But there are some places that stand out. This was a lovely little downstairs cottage type place. But what made it really stand out was the small but important touches. Like having easily accessible power strips in the bathroom and bedroom for the multitude of electronics we need to plug in, and having drawers, shelves, cabinets, etc labeled (!) so you don’t have to search all over the place to find something. My daughter was a big fan of the “tooting couch” (which made a noise when she sat on it the first time and it escalated from there) and the fact that there were 2 TVs. It was a very short and easy walk to the lovely and much less crowded north beach and a way too short (for my waistline) walk to the Sugar Shack which lives up to its name. All in all, a wonderful stay in a lovely place.

We loved the location! Easy to get to the beach and right near the elevator. Lovely view from the porch! We loved being able to stay right on the beach! Also a perfect place to stay and travel back and forth to Savannah.

Perfect location - 2 minute drive to the beach. House was also lovely and beach equipment provided made the beach vacation so much more enjoyable since we were flying in from Arizona.

We were looking for a place close to the beach and shops/restaurants and it would be hard to beat the location here. Once you get there, you can easily walk to most of the attractions on Tybee, including the beach. The unit is on the 2nd or 3rd floor and the elevator appeared to be out, so there is some amount of lugging your bags/supplies up and down but not a big deal. The inside was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, full kitchen, etc. They also had a storage unit on the ground floor for us to wheel our wagon of beach stuff in and out of which was very convenient. We will definitely be considering this place again on future trips.

great place to stay in Tybee! the condo was nice, clean and cool. the walk to the beach from the condo was short and easy and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. will definitely stay here on my next visit!

We had a perfect stay. Close to the beach (5 min walk) the apartment was clean looks like the pictures and was equipped with everything we needed and more. No need to bring anything else other than your clothes. We would definitely be back .

We had a wonderful time! Location is very convenient. Condo is very roomy. We have stayed at Beachside Colony for many years now and this unit was one of the best ones! We will rebook if available next year!

Our family of six just enjoyed a wonderful three-night, four-day stay on Tybee Island. Our host was fantastic with communication – always clear, prompt, and helpful, making our arrival and stay stress-free. The home was immaculate: spotlessly clean, incredibly neat, and beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location was absolutely ideal and perfect for our family, making it super convenient to explore and enjoy Tybee Island. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this Airbnb for a pristine, perfectly located, and wonderfully hosted stay. We can't wait to return!

Jane was a delight to work with. The home is super cute! The location is PERFECT! It's a super short walk to the beach and the downtown restaurants & shops. The grandpa next door is super friendly! I highly recommend staying here. ZERO complaints.
