*We provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. Please be considerate of your neighbors as our unit is in a residential area with neighbors who will call the police for disturbances. Please be sure and adhere to the Tybee noise ordinance. We want you to enjoy your trip and not end up with a visit from the police! The Tybee Island, Georgia noise ordinance prohibits excessive or disruptive noise between 7 AM and 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM and midnight on Friday and Saturday and holidays. The ordinance also includes quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM. What is prohibited? Playing loud music outside of vacation rentals Making excessive or impulsive noise that can be heard from a distance Making boisterous or unnecessary noise with a horn, gong, or similar device How is the ordinance enforced? Neighbors can call the property manager or the police if there is a noise disturbance Police officers or enforcement officers can determine if the noise ordinance is being violated by hearing the sound from a specified distance. Human-produced sounds like yelling, shouting, whistling, or singing Mechanically-produced sounds from radios, televisions, stereos, musical instruments, and other devices.
