Absolutely stunning condo that is ocean & pool front. Enjoy the best of both views from this huge, three bedroom, three bath condo at the only condo complex directly on the beach with its own restaurant/bar by the pools. Parking garage with parking for two. Mid-island location, quiet, yet close to everything but you won't even need to leave once you arrive! New pools opened in 2022 (one is heated).

This condo has it all! The only complex directly on the beach with two pools, a restaurant and bar on-site. This unit has views of everything from your balcony. It is located mid-island so you are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and not far from the downtown area.

Other Details to Note

You are allowed TWO parking spaces. Because the island is so small, most complexes only have room for two vehicles per guest. Please make sure you are aware of this when you book. There is NO option for more parking. There is paid street parking. Visit the Park TYB app or City of Tybee Island website for more info on parking. We do allow ONE pet (maximum 50 lbs) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. We are a "dog friendly" condo. Our rules concerning dogs are as follows: $100 non-refundable pet fee 50 lb limit Dogs are not allowed in pool area or on the beach at any time and there is a hefty fine Must be current on vaccinations Must be at least 1 yr. old Must clean up after your dog and dispose of properly There is a noise ordinance so if your fur baby is a barker, you might want to reconsider as this is a busy complex and excessive barking will not be tolerated. **Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex and passes will be left in your unit before your arrival. A couple of other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. You could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning.

House rules

Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. We do allow ONE pet (up to 25 lbs) with a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please follow the noise ordinance and be respectful of other guests. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangements. If you check yourself in early without pre-arranging, you will be charged for an extra day.

The condo was exactly as described. We were a short Uber ride from the pier shopping and restaurants. The ocean view was spectacular and the pool area was well maintained and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

This is by far my favorite place we have ever stayed on Tybee! I’ve been coming my whole life. The condo is massive and in an excellent location. We will always stay here! Loved the on site restaurant and pool. Walking distance to the beach! Excellent place.

10 ⭐ This Condo was wonderful!! The pictures do not capture just how big this place is, the bedrooms are large, and the bathrooms are huge! The views of the morning sunrise were spectacular!! Being a corner unit was great because we were just steps away from the stairs to the pool and the path to the beach. Fantastic kitchen that was fully stocked, and TV's in every room that have cable, which for us was a big deal (love to just click the TV on and not have to figure out how to operate it) It is a quick drive from the Savannah Airport, and Jane hooked us up with a local driver that picked us up and dropped us back off, so that was really helpful. It was just really easy to stay here. We had everything we needed; it was clean, it was comfortable, and it was close to everything!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this one. We had such a wonderful time that we will be sure to revisit this one!!! Thanks, Jane, for being a great host, we really enjoyed your home!! ❤️
