Whether you're enjoying the sunrise from the balcony or relaxing indoors, the serene coastal scenery surrounds you. This spacious retreat features a Master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bath, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Both rooms are also equipped with a smart TV's. The hallway opens into a bright and airy living space with an open-concept design, seamlessly combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony, perfect for taking in the stunning ocean views. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are discreetly tucked away behind the kitchen cabinets. You will also enjoy our large 55-inch smart TV with surround sound and high speed WIFI to stream your favorite shows. What We Provide: To make your stay hassle-free and relaxing we have a fully equipped kitchen with all you need plus a bonus pancake griddle , family games, books for young and old, brand-new stainless steel appliances, smart thermostat and smart entry lock, we offer "start-up" supplies, including a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a small number of dishwasher and laundry pods. Guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies if needed. We also provide beach chairs and towels for your convenience. Please rinse off chairs before bringing them back inside. Parking and Accessibility: You will have access to two designated parking spaces, and parking passes will be waiting for you in the unit upon arrival. Beachside Colony offers covered garage parking and an elevator. A Note About the Environment: As part of our beautiful, warm, and humid coastal environment, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife, including the palmetto bug. Please rest assured that the unit is professionally treated monthly to minimize their presence. Long-Term Rentals: Our unit is available for long-term rentals during the off-season (December 2025 – March 2026). Book early for the best dates and rates. Please note that stays longer than 14 days will require a mid-stay cleaning every two weeks in addition to the standard checkout cleaning. Contact the host for more details. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: During peak seasons and holidays, we operate on a tight housekeeping schedule, and early check-ins or late check-outs may not be possible.
